Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital products, including downloadable datasets and data files. No physical goods are shipped.
No Returns or Refunds After Download
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or made available, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Exceptions

Unauthorized Chargebacks
